Walt Disney World Resort Operating Participant 5 year Service pin Award. As far as i can make out it looks like these were maybe given to workers at the WDW Resort but who are not cast members but work for company’s not owned by Disney but on the Disney World Resort complex. Like House of Blues, Rainforest Cafe, Planet Hollywood etc. This pin looks to be made by a different company and has a mtm backstamp with the eagle logo in overall very good condition and comes in the original box rather than the small plastic boxes.
