THERE IS A TINY HOLE IN ONE EAR OF TIGGER ITS VERY SMALL BUT YOU CAN SEE IT IN THE PICS. NOTHING WAS BROKEN OFF. IT COULD USE A FINE CLEANING I WOULD NORMALLY DO IT BUT I DO NOT WANT TO RUIN THE PAINT. AS FOR THE PAINT FLECS CHIPS IT CAN EASILY BE TOUCHED UP THERE SMALL. THANKS FOR LOOKING BIG K TOYZ.
